Munnar is a very attractive hill station in Kerala and in southern India.
This hill station is 1600 m above sea level. The name comes from three rivers – Madurapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala.

It is pronounced “Moon-aar” Moon means ‘three’ and aar means ‘river’ in Tamil language.
This place is famous for its tea plantations. Also it is one of the most popular honeymoon destinations in India.
